Portrait Session Fee includes:
-Reservation of your date with ONE reschedule
date allowance due to an emergency or illness. Bad weather does not count.
-Pre-session planning by email /phone consultation to plan your theme and locations.
-Photographer's time, talent & props for scheduled time on location/studio/personal residence.
-72 hour sneak peek provided (excludes busy holiday times *Sept-December are busy peak seasons)
-Within 10-14 days of your personal session, you will receive all your custom edited images sent to you via your personal email.
-Gallery will be live for 10 days to download all full resolution images once they have been delivered with print release.
-We offer prints in all sizes and customized canvases sold separately from your session.
-No limits on images, everything we photograph is yours at no extra charge.

Weddings:
Each package comes with a FREE
engagement session {$450 value}
We offer many wedding packages to accommodate our Bride & Groom. However, our client favorites are;

Basic, Budget and Top pick.
Our Basic package prices start as low as $1200 and can range up to $5,200 for up to 12++ hours of coverage with 2+ shooters! More shooters available for coverage depending on the wedding party size and services retained.

Destination Wedding prices vary due to Services need, Shooters, travel & Lodging.
Engagement Sessions are included with our wedding packages, however if you would like one of our blissful love sessions all about the love the two of you share, our session is as follows:
-up to two hours of shoot time
-no limit out outfit changes
-no limit on locations within the two hours
-all images are edited and emailed over to you within 7-10 business days.
-options with prints and without prints
w/o save the date prints- please inquire on current rate for E-session.
Boudoir. Bridal Boudoir & Just because
Our Boudoir sessions are held in Studio or a private pre-planned location.

Corporate . Venues . Real Estate . Business Head shots
Have a business venue, party or corporate event you need photographed? Our team of photographers can discreetly blend in to photograph your event without you even knowing we are there. Ask us about our special rates for your event in or out of the area.
Real Estate photographs- TBD & negotiable- our on site local rates up to 60 miles and 50 colorful, HDR (High dynamic Range Photography) images. Complete release and ownership is granted.
Business Head Shots- We offer individual rates & group rates at one fee. Contact us to discuss your rate options and how many will be in your group.
Extra Stuff: *{IMPORTANT NOTICE}*

ALL Clients (New & Old) are required to a small non refundable retainer to hold your desired scheduled date.
No call/ no shows to scheduled shoots forfeits your retainer with Bella Fotos & no refunds and no future rescheduled sessions with us. If you cancel on us, your retainer is not refundable because we hold the time slot and date for you and cannot re-sell it. Please be courteous when you consider cancelling with us. We have a waiting list for holiday and Autumn scheduling so if you cancel, there is a good chance, you won't be able to get in with us til the spring. You are allowed a one time cancel/reschedule for emergencies with your retainer. Thank you for understanding.
Bella Fotos Photography accepts cash, Personal Check, E-Transfer, and Paypal {All major credit cards}. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Please note not all sessions require a signed model release. However if you do not want your child(ren), family or any image or likeness displayed online, please let us know at the time of your session.
All session fees, product/collection prices, and business policies are not negotiable. Please contact me for pricing regarding returning customers and gifting options.
